Here at the gallery, we’re all about things like service, security, fairness, and community.  We want to be a place where you can unwind—regardless of whether you’re after stories you can share with friends, something that looks good over the couch, or abstractions that help you understand your experience.

If you want to buy art but don’t know where to start, we want to help!  If you’re deep into contemporary art and want to see exciting new talent, we want to show it to you! If you produce innovative work and are looking for a gallery that shares your values, we want to be that space!

In those places where art is daunting, we want to pull back the curtain and lower the barriers for artists, art-buyers, and those who’d like to become art-buyers.  Our goal is to invite rather than intimidate and to curate in a way that encourages dialog and participation.

In short, we hope to cultivate a community where all of us can enjoy, exhibit, purchase, discuss, and share our common passion.

How We Work

We comb the streets looking for innovative, new works of art.  When we find something exciting, an independent jury of experts helps us ensure that the quality is high and renders an individual valuation on every piece we exhibit.

You can find pieces you like by using the browse or search features at the top of each page.  Feel free to react intuitively to the pieces or to click on them for information that brings additional perspective: stories, biographies, titles, and the like.

Our blog is a great place to learn more about the pieces we exhibit and about art in general.  We do our best to provide an art-historical context for the pieces we sell—but we set this aside so it doesn’t interfere with your visceral or personal reactions.

Finally, our forums are the place where spontaneity, story, history, and opinion meet.  This is where you can talk to the artists, strike up a discussion about collecting, or opine on just about anything—we look forward to chatting with you there!
